WOMEN & WEIGHTS

This program is a 2X a week full body strength program that focuses on glute, leg and core strength but also covers all of your bases with shoulder, back and arm training too. Nothing is getting neglected!

As women, we ALL need a couple days of strength training every week in order to build muscle, bone density, improve our insulin sensitivity, sleep better, & boost our energy levels! This program was created for you to feel, look & preform your absolute BEST.
