Hi- I'm Meredith! I am a personal trainer + online coach with a deep passion for movement and nutrition. As a coach- my main goal is to utilize progressive resistance training and intentional movement for a stronger body and mind. Lifting weights and living an active lifestyle is meant to greatly enhance your life- and there's nothing I love more than sharing this with others. My aim is to meet you where you're at to help you embody your own kind of strength and confidence!

Meredith is so knowledgeable and encouraging.  She made me feel comfortable and safe in an environment where I've felt a bit intimidated in the past. I loved her patience and gentleness as I was learning the proper form. If I didn't quite get it at first, she knew what to say so I could understand what i needed to do to have the proper form. I feel more confident now in my ability to do more weight lifting exercises safe and effectively. So grateful for Meredith's class.
